The Website is for public viewing as available.  There are no explicit guarantees of up-time even though a commercial web host is being used, and LifeOtherThan.com will not be held responsible for any failure of the website which interrupts service to its users.

LifeOtherThan.com reserves the right to make alterations to its website at any time and for any cause.  We will not be responsible for any damages, liability, loss, or costs associated with any downtime or discontinuation of the Website in whole or in part.
